Chris specialises in working with talented players from around the world and enables them to achieve their footballing potential. A successful player in his own right, Chris is currently the Assistant Manager of Chorley F.C. and understands what it takes to play at each level of the football pyramid.

A UEFA A licensed coach, Craig has coached at many clubs, including LFC, where he coached players such as Tent Alexander-Arnold and Curtis Jones. Craig will be the head coach for the Training Camp and excels in getting the best out of young players.

With 10+ years experience at the Academy, John specialises in ensuring international players have the best experience possible during their stay at our camp. As the players first point of contact, he ensures players get the most out of their time at the camp.

The vast majority of players’ ability is developed and refined in training. Our academy boasts seven UEFA A qualified coaches, which shows the level of education, knowledge and experience the coaches have.

The academy has several coaches that have played and coached professionally in both the UK and around the world. Steven Gerrard Academy has access to five full size artificial grass football pitches, as well three gyms which include S&C suites, swimming pools, spin rooms and many other facilities that players can use.

The academy focuses on creating the conditions for success for each individual player by training throughout a weekly schedule. Adding these training sessions to a schedule that includes gym sessions and matches, players’ development will be accelerated in a positive, professional environment.
